Paris was originally named The City of Lights ‘La ville Lumière’; due to the fact that it was a vast center of learning and the hub of new ideas during the Age of Enlightenment. But, when in 1828, The Champs Elysées was adorned with gas-lit lamps; Paris became the first city in Europe enlightened in the real sense of the word, and confirmed the name of The City of Lights. At night you will experience an entirely different side to its magic: even the simplest of streets becomes a haven of discovery and wonderment. Following your desires, your "in-house" Driver-Guide can drive you to all the enchanting mansions on the banks of the River Seine, or to The Eiffel Tower (so elegant during the night, the Iron Lady in all of her splendor and femininity). He can show you Paris’s relatively unknown fountains and monuments; sharing with you all of his knowledge and passion for Paris, or drive you through the famous places such as the Place de la Concorde, Notre Dame Cathedral (simply magnificent at night with its gardens and the River Seine running below), and, of course, The Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe...
